This IT Organizational Maturity course will show you how to use the IT Management Maturity Model developed by subject matter experts from the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC). You will use this model to assess and improve your organization’s IT organizational maturity and ability to deliver new capabilities for your organization in this IT management training course.

By using the IT Management Maturity Model outlined in this course, you gain an objective understanding of how your IT organization is truly performing in each critical function. Just as importantly, the maturity model provides descriptions of various levels of maturity for each function, and provides the organization with steps that can be taken to improve its overall maturity.

In this two-day course an attendee will gain a comprehensive understanding of the IT Management Maturity Model and its use within an organization. This course can be extended to a four-day workshop, giving you the opportunity to work with an expert instructor to self-assess and create an action plan customized to support maturing IT Management for your organization.
