This FPM 121 training course places the project management learner in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) setting. The hands-on approach allows students to gain hands-on experience in Acquisition Fundamentals of Project and Program Management II by working through problem-based exercises based on the concepts learned in the prerequisite FPM 120 online courses. Both FPM 120 and FPM 121 courses meet the full training standard for entry-level FAC-P/PM certification.
